Predators Tame Jaguars with 42-8

The Predators were finally back home tonight against the Winston-Salem Jaguars.  The Predators were rolling from the very first kickoff.  Kick Returner Antonio Mayes was able to take the opening kickoff about 40 yards.  The Predators first play on offense was a hand-off to runningback Jamal Tillman for the touchdown.  Runningback Lavonne Mann was also able to find the endzone on the night.  Wide Receiver Al Bryant and Lee Bryant had remarkable performances all night with Al Bryant finding the endzone twice.  WR Travis Walker had 4 catches during the night and was able to rack up a lot of yards after contact (YAC).  Quarterback Darius Thomas was able to distribute the ball to everyone on the offense all game long.

The Predators Defense was able to dominate the Jaguars offense and impose their own will the entire game.  The defense had great plays from Anjello Silva where he forced a fumble to stall the Jaguars drive.  The Predators defense also had interception from Safety Dawshawn Grayson.  Defensive tackles Melo Hendrix, John Guwap,  Marquez Robbs,  and Greg Storey was able to put pressure on the Jaguars offensive line and quarterback all night.  Jaguars quarterback was running for his life all night long.

The Predators is now back to playing Carolina Predators football since the loss to the Iredell Warriors.  Predators have pulled off three straight win and look to continue the trend against league newcomer Carolina Cougars this weekend.  The game location has been moved to Charlotte, NC at Coulwood Middle School.  This game will be a 5:30pm kickoff.

Please come out and show your support to the Carolina Predators.
